We have enhanced our market trend charts and added new charts. To use the market trend charts, login to your web site, click the "Reports" button at the top, and click "Market Trend Charts" in the "Market Intelligence and Preferences" section.

Built-in image re-sizing tool

We have added an image re-sizing tool to our system. The tool is located on step 2 of the "upload image" process and allows you to change the size of your image. It is intended primarily to allow you to easily reduce the file size of the image.

Send HTML emails to your members

We have added a new tool allowing subscribers and teammates to send out HTML style (as opposed to straight text) emails to members. To use this tool, login to your site, click the "Members" button at the top, and click "Email Members." In order to create an HTML email, you will either need to know HTML or will need to use a tool that allows you to design an HTML email and then provides you with the code for it (you would then paste the code into our tool to send out to your members).

Number of properties displayed per page now saves

When a member, teammate, or subscriber changes the number of properties to display on a property search results page, that number will be saved as a setting. Therefore, when the user runs a search in the future it will default to the number of properties to display that was previously selected.

Keyword search added to property search
We have added a keyword search to our property search, which searches the Agent Remarks field for MLS listings and returns listings that match the keywords that were entered. The keyword search is located just below the street name field on the property search screen.

Added help system instructions on displaying RSS feeds on your web site
We have added instructions to the help system that describe how to add an RSS feed to your web site using a free product called Spring Widgets. The instructions also include several real estate related feeds you may wish to add to your site.

Label change
Label for "Upload New Document" on Web Site Manager screen has been changed to "Upload New File." Similarly, on the Web Site Manager screen, "Document Library" is now labeled "File Library." Additionally, if linking to a file on a web page, the label on the "Select New Section to Display" drop down menu is now "My File."

Audio player
Built in audio player has been added to the system. Agents can upload audio files that they have recorded (for example, a recording of an agent speaking about one of their listings) by using the "Upload New File" option from the "Web Site Manager" screen. Agents can then embed the audio player on a web page from the "Select New Section to Display" drop down menu by choosing "Audio Player" in the "MISC" section and will be subsequently prompted to specify the audio file they want the player to play.

"Referred by / other" field for member sign ups
We have added a field on the member sign up screen called "Referred by / Other," located to the right of the "How did you hear about us?" drop down menu. If someone selects "Referred by a Friend," they can enter the person who referred them's name in the "Referred by / other" field. If the way they heard about you is not on the list, they can also simply enter it in the "Referred by / other" field.

Enhanced branding controls for property search
Agents can now customize the branding for all property search screens by choosing to either display the pre-designed property search header or to use their regular web site header, sidebar, and footer. To adjust the branding settings for property search, login to your site, click the Controls button at the top, and choose "IDX and VOW Search Branding." Agents can also choose to hide page titles / headings on property search screens.

2 new charts for use with absorption rate by month report
The Absorption Rate by Month report can now be displayed using 2 charts. The 2 available charts are "Absorption Rate %" and "Sale Price / List Price." Users still have the option of alternately displaying results as a table.
